Job Responsibilities

• Provides quality dispensing service and pharmaceutical care

• Provides Outpatient Pharmacy Services (e.g. medication review service-MRS, anticoagulation service-ACS) to patients

• Provides drug counseling to patients and drug information to healthcare professionals and handles queries from the public

Requirements:

• Minimally 3 – 5.5 days a week

• Flexible schedule

• Need min 1 to 2 years of pharmacist experience

• Must be comfortable to travel around as well, as we may post them to wherever the clinics requires help
