- Participating in comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and preparation of communication materials and user guides for system modules that fall within Performance and Rewards related areas
- Supporting the data migration phase through extraction and consolidation of records/ files
Managing the consolidation, extraction and analysis of data points for budgeting, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews - Preparing files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting
- Reviewing compensation proposals which are outside the approved parameters, escalated by the Talent Acquisition team

- A good analytical and inquisitive mind, meticulous and detailed
- 3 to 6 years’ experience in Performance, Compensation & Benefit roles
