We are hiring 3-6 Months Locum Renal Trained Staff Nurse to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities

• Pre, During & Post-Dialysis Care: Perform patient assessments, check vital signs, and initiate, monitor, and terminate hemodialysis treatments according to standard FMC procedures.

• Treatment Implementation: Execute physician treatment prescriptions (e.g., managing ultrafiltration and blood flow rates), and adjust or troubleshoot equipment when necessary.

• Medication Administration: Safely prepare and administer dialysis-related medications (e.g., heparin, iron, EPO) and blood transfusions based on doctor's orders.

Patient & Access Monitoring: Inspect and monitor vascular access (fistula, graft, or catheter), and actively observe patients for adverse reactions or complications (such as clotting or fluid imbalances).

• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and complete medical records of patient conditions, treatment progress, and medication administration in compliance with FMC and local health authority standards (e.g., MOH Singapore).

• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about dialysis therapy, fluid restrictions, diet, and blood pressure management.

• Teamwork & Supervision: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, Clinic Managers, and Patient Care Technicians.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in renal setting
