🕒 Working Hours:

• Rotating Shifts:
  ▪ 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  ▪ 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  ▪ 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Work Week: Mondays - Sundays, Any 5 days a week
• Shifts are rostered

📝 Job Responsibilities: *will be trained in billing first

Billing Support:

• Handle billing matters for OT-related operations.
• Respond to billing-related queries and emails promptly and accurately.

Coordination Duties:

• Liaise with clinics and hospital departments to confirm OT operation schedules.
• Coordinate patient transfers with the OT ferry team, ensuring timely movement.
• Support general administrative and reception duties as needed.

✅ Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Able to work rotating shifts and alternate Saturdays.
• Prior healthcare or hospital experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
