Job Responsibilities

• Manage fragrance projects and coordinate with Perfumers, R&D, Applications, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Interpret customer briefs and develop clear action plans, timelines and olfactive strategies.
• Work closely with Perfumers on fragrance creation, modifications and development.
• Evaluate and select commercially viable fragrance solutions.
• Maintain and effectively utilize the fragrance library for assigned categories.
• Identify fragrance library gaps and support development of new fragrance concepts based on market trends.
• Monitor consumer preferences, product launches and fragrance trends across the Asia Pacific region.
• Support interpretation of consumer test results and market insights.
• Collaborate with regional and global Creative Centres when required.
• Support customer visits, presentations and fragrance discussions with the Sales team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fragrance creation and/or evaluation.
• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Perfumery or a related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of chemistry and aroma chemicals.
• Strong sensory evaluation and olfactive skills.
• Familiar with laboratory procedures and methodologies.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, analytical and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
