Job Responsibilities

* Greet walk-in and appointment patients, manage queues and update patients' personal particulars in the clinic system.

* Handle appointment scheduling, verify test orders, explain procedure instructions and manage consent forms.

* Collect payments, issue receipts and reconcile end-of-day transaction records.

* Collect basic clinical measurements, including weight, height, BMI and vision screening, under the supervision of nurses or physicians.

* Manage clinic inventory and stationery supplies.

* Assist with community outreach events.

* Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

* Prior healthcare experience.

* Contract duration: Immediate commencement until 4 April 2027.

* Working schedule: 5.5 days per week, office hours.

* Work locations: Woodlands, with occasional deployment to Bedok area
