Nurse Clinician

Location: Jurong East / Yishun
Salary: $4000 - $6000
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure quality nursing care and services for residents.
• Assess residents’ health conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Handle residents’ and family members’ enquiries and concerns professionally.
• Conduct audits, monitor quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify staff training needs and coordinate orientation, clinical training, and competency assessments.
• Support department operations, including manpower planning, roster management, inventory control, and documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of nursing practices.
