Position title : Accounts Executive (AP)
Location: 8 Tuas South
Working Days & hours: Monday to Friday | 0830AM to 5PM
Salary : $2800 - $3400 (depends to experiences)
Transport Pick up point: Tuas West Road MRT Station
Employment: Yearly Contract (renewable)
Job Description
- Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System
- Accrual listing and input journal entries
- Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation
- Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer)
- Manage petty cash float
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation
- Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors
- Tracking of cashflows
- Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing
- Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits
- Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior
