Job description

Accounts Executive (Part Time)
Salary: $1500 - $2000
Working Days: Mon – Fri (9am – 2pm)
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation 
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports 
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries accurately 
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment collections 
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year full set accounting experience
