Accounts Assistant

Monday - Friday
Mon - Thurs: 8am - 5.30pm, Fri: 8am - 5pm
Working Location: 55 Shipyard Road Singapore 628141
Salary: $ 2300 - $ 2500


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily account data entry
  • Handle staff petty cash
  • Follow up customer invoice & payments
  • Prepare invoices, DO and payment vouchers
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation
     

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting
  • At least one year of relevant working experiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Accounting Software
