Full Title : DACE Course Developer (with Technical Knowledge)

Location: 190 Middle Rd, Fortune Centre, Singapore 188979 (Bugis)

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Working time: 8.30 to 5.30 pm

Salary: Up to $6000 (Depends on experience)

Job scope:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DACE Course Developer with strong technical knowledge to design, develop, and implement quality courses for adult learners. This role also involves assisting with the preparation and submission of all necessary documents to obtain SSG funding. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum development, and a solid understanding of the SSG funding requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Development:

Design and develop high-quality training programs and courses based on adult learning principles and aligned with the DACE framework.
Develop course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia content, to meet the needs of diverse adult learners.
Conduct needs analysis and evaluate existing courses to ensure alignment with current industry standards and SSG funding requirements.

SSG Funding Compliance:

Prepare and submit all necessary documents and applications for SSG funding, ensuring compliance with SSG requirements and guidelines.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Stay updated with changes in SSG funding policies, regulations, and guidelines to ensure continued eligibility for funding.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all course content meets the required quality standards and is in compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation bodies.
Regularly review and update course materials based on feedback, industry trends, and changes in regulatory requirements.

Collaboration and Support:

Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and trainers to enhance course content and delivery.
Provide technical support and training to facilitators to ensure effective delivery of courses.

Technical Knowledge Application:

Utilize technical skills to develop e-learning content and implement learning management systems (LMS).
Leverage data analytics to track course effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and SSG funding requirements.
Experience in preparing and submitting SSG funding applications.
Proficiency in using e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and content authoring software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing e-learning content for adult learners.
Familiarity with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) frameworks and funding guidelines.
