Position title : Account cum Admin
Location: Kallang Pudding Road
Working Days: 5 Day A Week [ Monday - Friday]
Working hours : 9:00am -6:00pm
Salary : Up to $3500 [ depends on experience ]
Responsibilities
- Handle basic accounting duties, including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and office coordination.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with day-to-day office operations.
- Support other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting and/or administrative work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
