• Position :   Accounts Assistant (AP/AR )
• Location : Goldhill Plaza- Near Novena MRT
• Working hours : 5 days (Mon-Fri), 9.00am-5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 15 days annual leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Trading and distribution of petrochemicals

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare cheque payments, banking forms, and process online payments
• Record daily receipts and payments in Navision accounting system
• Process supplier invoices, including operational and office expenses
• Ensure accurate preparation and recording of sales invoices
• Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules and reports
• Provide support to Finance & Admin team on ad-hoc duties
• Manage office supplies and pantry inventory
• Handle incoming calls and general administrative tasks
• Coordinate external administrative duties with banks and agencies

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiar with accounting software (Navision experience is an advantage)
