Job description

We are a growing Singapore-based accounting and consulting firm supporting SMEs, startups, and international businesses with accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, and advisory services. We are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and build long-term business relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for accounting and corporate services
  • Build relationships with SME owners, entrepreneurs, startups, and overseas businesses entering Singapore
  • Generate leads through networking, partnerships, referrals, social media, and outreach
  • Present the company’s services professionally to potential clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
  • Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, consultants, and business communities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Experience in accounting, corporate services, consulting, or B2B sales is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Existing network of SME clients or business owners is a plus
