Position Overview:
This role requires an individual to bean "Owner", to be a "Go Getter". You will report to the Headof Sales. As a Sales Representative you will foster strong and lastingrelationship and capture new logos by establishing mind/market share throughCalsius’s solution & service offerings. You will serve as a trusted advisorto your prospects, providing valuable insights and orchestrating deals withCalsius's eco-system of capabilities. As a Sales Representative, you willcollaborate jointly with your Prospects, Presales Consultants, ProjectManagement Team and Partners. Together, we will create technology and digitalroadmaps and winning strategies. Enabling your client's organisations todigitally transform and value create. Creating positive and impactfuloutcome/capabilities with the use of technology!
Responsibilities:
§ Develop a deep understanding of our company's serviceofferings in the area of IoT, C2, Video Management, Integrated SecurityManagement System, Physical Security Information Management System, VideoAnalytics, , Audio Visual and Signal extension solutions.
§ Conduct thorough market research to identify potentialclients and opportunities within the target market.
§ Generate qualified leads through various channels, includingemail campaigns, social media outreach and cold calls.
§ Diligently create and update lead activities and progress toallow you to grow and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Monday CRM.
§ Carry out lead qualification and deal assessment.
§ Diligently track and convert leads into opportunities.
§ Effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
§ Achieve and exceed agreed KPIs.
§ Stay up to date with industry trends and competitoractivities.
