Responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales-related records and information accurately.
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including payment registrations and updates.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer receivables.
• Prepare and process invoices for local projects, export sales, services, and maintenance activities.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of outstanding receivables and account balances.
• Support local regulatory reporting requirements.
• Provide financial, administrative, and scheduling support as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting, finance, or AR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Sage 300 is an added advantage.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) and/or construction industry is an added advantage.
