Responsibilities:

• Assist with billing, payment reminders, and collection of fees from patients and payors.
• Process and record incoming payments accurately.
• Respond to basic enquiries regarding invoices, billing, and payments.
• Process vendor invoices and staff claims.
• Assist with account reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records.
• Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide the necessary supporting documents.
• Monitor and track funding records and expenditure.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to take on new responsibilities.
