Job Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) duties
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Prepare GST submissions and supporting schedules
  • Monitor payments, receipts, and outstanding balances
  • Maintain proper documentation and finance records
  • Liaise with internal departments on finance-related matters
  • Assist with audit and ad hoc finance duties

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of accounting / payroll experience
  • Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ABSS preferred)
  • Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently
  • Candidates with payroll and CPF experience are preferred
