Location: Tanjong Pagar

Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 (depending on experience)

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounts Payable & Administrator to provide end-to-end administrative support across office operations, HR, and finance functions. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports leadership, and helps maintain a well-organized and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

• Oversee office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
• Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing (physical and digital)
• Arrange travel (flights, accommodation, visas, transport) and coordinate meetings
• Organize company events, offsites, and internal meetings Provide administrative support to management, including calendar and meeting coordination
• Troubleshoot minor IT issues and ensure prompt resolution
• Handle sensitive information with discretion

HR Administration:

• Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate training sessions and HR communications
• Ensure HR documentation aligns with company policies (e.g., claims, travel policies)

Finance Administration (Payments):

• Manage vendor invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking for office and travel
• Prepare payment instructions for review and monitor payment status to ensure timely settlement

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of administrative and finance experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office
