Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle partial set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, and customer billings accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
  • Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other professional service providers.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and related documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance records.
  • Assist in recruitment activities and monthly payroll processing.
  • Support performance appraisal exercises and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with documentation keeping and other related administrative duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, HR, or administration.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
