🌟 What You’ll Do

As part of the AV Operations Command Center, you’ll supportreal-time monitoring and ensure smooth fleet operations:

• 📊 Update live dashboards, logs, and operational trackers
• 📝 Ensure accurate data entry and maintain fleet records
• 🎥 Retrieve and manage CCTV and vehicle footage for investigations
• ⚡ Assist with incident reporting and operational support
• 🔄 Support shift handovers and prepare daily summaries
• 🤝 Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• 📈 Support reporting, documentation, and process improvements

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working with dashboards, systems, and data monitoring tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies
• Calm under pressure with good crisis management skills
• Clear communication skills (written & verbal)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in command center / operations / dispatch environments
• Knowledge of Singapore road traffic or AV systems
• Class 3/3A driving licence

⏰ Working Hours

• Rotating shifts (5 days/week, including weekends)
• Shift timings:
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• May include early mornings / late nights based on operations needs

💰 Salary

• SGD $2800 - $3380 month (contract role)
• Potential extension based on performance
