About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive. You will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting functions, while providing support in administration and HR-related matters within a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts and daily finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
• Process payments and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely settlements
• Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and supplier invoices
• Update and maintain project cost sheets and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports
• Handle month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
• Assist with audit schedules, audits, and financial reporting requirements
• Support administration and HR-related matters when required
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records and supporting documents
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial firms, and government authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Relevant Accounting Experience
• Experience in handling full sets of accounts independently
• Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
• Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
