• Position: Accounts Executive

• Location: Defu Lane

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Gas Distributor

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain full-set accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.

• Prepare quarterly GST schedules and support timely GST submissions.

• Perform month-end closing and ensure financial reports are completed within required timelines.

• Perform bank, ledger, inventory and other account reconciliations.

• Coordinate stock-take activities, reconcile inventory records and follow up on discrepancies.

• Maintain complete and organised finance records and supporting documents.

• Perform other related accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.

• At least two years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on full-set accounting and month-end closing.

• Experience with GST preparation and account reconciliations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiar with accounting or ERP systems.

• Good attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines independently.
