JOB DESCRIPTION

A firm in the boutique real estate investment industry with AUM of more than S$1B is currently looking for an Accounts Executive to join the team under 12 months contract that is renewable and convertible.

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for full sets of accounts, supporting monthly, yearly, and year-end financial closing, preparing journal entries, accruals, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, preparing accounting schedules, assist with the preparation of financial statements, manage AR billing, invoicing, collections, and preparing and reconciling GST.

Successful candidates can expect to work in a cohesive team with an established organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experienced with financial reporting
• Candidates from audit firms with experience auditing real estate industry are welcome to apply
• Experience with Yardi software is good to have
• Strong knowledge in IFRS/SFRS
