Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the full set of accounts, including AR, AP and GL
• Prepare and maintain audit schedules
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions
• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting
• Maintain proper housekeeping and filing of finance documents
• Take charge of stock takes and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are accurate and up to date
• Perform other ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned by management
