Job Summary

Join a stable and growing organization as an Accounts Executive, where you will play a key role in supporting full-set accounting functions, month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit coordination within a collaborative finance team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team members
• Review Accounts Receivable transactions and approved staff claims
• Prepare inventory adjustments and support yearly stock take exercises
• Handle month-end journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Prepare GST submissions and monthly management reports
• Manage inter-company transactions and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
• Liaise with external auditors and respond to audit queries
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Familiar with Sage 300 (Accpac) system
• Knowledge of month-end closing, GST, and reconciliation processes
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to working dependently in a fast-paced environment
