Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Piping and Engineering
  • Position Title: Admin
  • Working Location: Pioneer
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.00 am to 7.00 pm; Sat: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project, procurement, and administrative documents.
  • Process quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on orders and project requirements.
  • Monitor and update inventory, stock records, and material movement documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling deliveries, site activities, meetings, and project-related arrangements.
  • Support the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and administrative records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure records are updated accurately and promptly.
  • Support general office administration and ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

  • Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience; experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
