Job Description

  • Position Title: Project Coordinator
  • Working Location: Senoko
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Thu, 8.00am – 6.00pm; Fri, 8.00am – 5.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily project operations at both site and office, including inspections, handover, site measurements, site meetings, and project coordination.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress updates to help meet completion targets.
  • Coordinate site activities, monitor work progress, and prepare progress reports.
  • Monitor project expenses and support cost-saving efforts to keep within budget.
  • Assist the Project Manager with other project-related duties as assigned.
  • Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle work demands effectively.
  • Ensure careful review of project costs and schedules for all activities.
  • Communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders.

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office will be considered an advantage.
