š° Salary: Up to $3,000
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service to clients
ā¢ Process sales orders and prepare quotations
ā¢ Monitor stock availability and manage inventory reservations
ā¢ Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and operations teams
ā¢ Support customer account setup and documentation
ā¢ Liaise with finance team on payment matters before delivery
ā¢ Assist with marketing activities and general admin duties
Requirements:
ā¢ Good communication and organisational skills
ā¢ Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
ā¢ Experience with inventory systems is an advantage
ā¢ Interest or knowledge in wine is preferred
āØ Supportive working environment
āØ Exposure to the wine trade industry
āØ Health insurance provided
