Job Description

  • Working Hours: 6 days (Mon to Sat: 9am to 6 pm) (one day WFH)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office and administrative operations to ensure smooth business activities.
  • Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and company records.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, agents, and internal teams on operational matters.
  • Arrange schedules, appointments, and provide administrative support to management.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other business documents.
  • Monitor office supplies, company assets, and general office maintenance.
  • Support HR administrative matters such as staff records, attendance, and onboarding coordination.
  • Assist with finance-related administrative tasks, including payment follow-ups and document tracking.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
