Job Description

  • Working Location: Serangoon
  • Working Hours: 4.5 days (Mon-Sat: 8AM-6.30PM, 8AM-1.30PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic $2,200 - $3,000 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Register patients accurately and manage appointments through phone, voicemail, email, and WhatsApp to support smooth patient flow.
  • Collect payments and prepare the reception counter daily to support clinic operations.
  • Liaise with dental labs and specialists to record and coordinate patient referrals and communications.
  • Assist in preparing end-of-day summaries and reports for CHAS, Medisave, invoices, and petty cash.
  • Organize the clinic work schedule to support proper staff and resource planning.
  • Track annual leave, medical leave, timesheets, and staff duties to support smooth clinic operations.
  • Manage inventory and emergency medication to ensure the clinic is well prepared and compliant.
  • Assist dentists with treatment plan follow-ups by preparing month-end summaries and patient records.
