About Us

Growing company specializing in steel fabrication, construction, renovation, and project management works. We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to support our daily operations and ensure smooth office management.

Job Responsibilities

Administration

  • Handle daily administrative and office duties.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
  • Maintain proper filing and document control systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

Human Resource & Payroll

  • Process staff attendance, leave records, and payroll.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and MOM submissions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding.

Accounts & Finance Support

  • Prepare supplier payments and monitor outstanding invoices.
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors.
  • Assist with GST-related documentation.
  • Track project expenses and administrative costs.

Project Administration

  • Assist in site applications and permit submissions.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate scheduling of manpower and vehicles.
  • Follow up on project-related administrative matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiar with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in construction or engineering industry is an added advantage.
