  • Industry/ Organization Type: Building and Repairing of Ships and Boats
  • Position Title: Administrative Executive (Admin & Procurement)
  • Working Location: Pioneer Sector 1
  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth administrative workflows and provide timely support for staff activities.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy access to information and proper record-keeping.
  • Accurately enter data related to accounts to assist with financial tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs), and track supplier order status to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Work with internal departments to gather procurement needs and simplify the purchasing process.
  • Help source suppliers by obtaining quotations and comparing prices to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management software to handle and analyze administrative and procurement data effectively.
  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field to demonstrate ability in managing office operations and procurement tasks.
  • Preferably holds a Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in office skills or a related field to assist in administrative and procurement functions.
