We're looking for a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our clinical team and deliver exceptional treatment experiences alongside our doctors.

The Role

You'll be hands-on delivering a range of aesthetic and skincare treatments, assessing client skin concerns, and guiding clients through their treatment journey — always with safety, results and comfort at the centre.

What You'll Do

• Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, IPL/laser, RF and other device-based procedures (as trained and certified)
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatment plans and homecare
• Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures where required
• Educate clients on treatments, skincare routines and aftercare
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sterilisation and clinical safety
• Keep accurate treatment records and track client progress
• Build warm, trust-based relationships that support client retention and satisfaction
• Help maintain treatment rooms, equipment and product stock

What We're Looking For

• Relevant aesthetics/beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience in a medical aesthetic clinic or established aesthetic/beauty setting
• Hands-on competency with device-based treatments (laser/IPL/RF) strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions and treatment protocols
• Professional, meticulous and genuinely client-focused
• Good communication skills and a warm, reassuring manner
• Able to work in a fast-paced, premium clinic environment
