What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the Bank's Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) programme covering AML, CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), and KYC
• Act as a key point of contact for AML/CFT, sanctions, and KYC matters for Singapore and Labuan Branch
• Perform BAU compliance activities, including customer screening, SWIFT message filtering, transaction monitoring, and KYC reviews
• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews in accordance with the Annual Compliance Plan
• Prepare management information (MI) reports for local management committees and Head Office
• Assist with Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessments (EWRA) from a Financial Crime Compliance perspective
• Support the development and enhancement of FCC policies, procedures, and best practices
• Assist the MLRO in ensuring the FCC programme remains effective and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Provide advice on AML/CFT and broader compliance matters
• Support the wider Compliance team and undertake ad-hoc projects when required
