Our client is a one of the leading players in the Industrial Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Application Engineer to be part of their Sales team to support their business needs. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of Application Engineer:

• Evaluate technical requirements of sales opportunities and recommend suitable product solutions
• Advise customers on product selection for standard and specialized applications
• Review customer specifications to assess feasibility and solution fit
• Prepare and support technical proposals for standard, modified, or custom solutions
• Provide product training and technical presentations to customers
• Offer on-site support including product selection, installation guidance, and troubleshooting
• Handle and resolve technical complaints effectively
• Support marketing activities such as trade shows, promotions, and technical content development
• Gather customer feedback to support product improvements and new product development
• Assist in product launches and product line optimization initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate projects and ensure clear communication across teams
• Apply structured problem-solving and process management tools

Requirement

• Degree in engineering field
• 5-10 years of application engineer experience in industrial manufacturing sector
• Comfortable with overseas travelling
