Monday - Friday
Location: Marsiling

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and quality control activities for manufactured parts and products
• Identify and place non-conformance products on hold for review and disposition
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and Certificates of Conformance (COC)
• Review mill certificates, NDE reports, and work orders before production
• Conduct in-process inspections, audits, and supplier quality checks
• Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and other inspection equipment
• Record inspection results accurately and report quality issues to supervisors
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
• Coordinate with production, sales, planning, and suppliers on quality-related matters
• Assist in internal and external QHSE audits and training activities
• Ensure compliance with API, ISO, ASME, and customer quality standards
• Follow workplace safety and quality procedures at all times
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• O-Level or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/QC inspection experience in manufacturing environment
• Familiar with machining processes such as turning, milling, boring, and drilling
• Knowledge of API, ISO, ASME, and related quality standards
• Able to use measuring instruments and gauges accurately
• Experience with thread gauges and thread inspection is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently and handle documentation accurately
