Job description

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate architectural drawings and submissions.
- Review shop drawings and material submissions.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate finishes and architectural interfaces.
- Resolve site coordination issues.
- Monitor architectural work progress.
- Ensure quality of internal and external finishes.
- Assist with mock-up and sample approvals.
- Monitor material procurement and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Relevant HDB construction experience.
