• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
• Position Title: Assembly Technician (Plastic)
• Working Location: Seletar Aerospace
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products using hand tools and basic equipment based on work instructions and drawings
• Perform pre-assembly tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and lubrication following procedures
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Report defects, issues, or equipment problems to the supervisor promptly
• Operate packaging equipment to prepare finished products according to specifications
• Maintain accurate records of production and inspection activities
• Handle and store tools, materials, and finished products properly
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area (5S practices)
• Support improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

• Minimum “O” Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification
• Able to use basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, torque wrenches, pliers)
• Able to read and follow work instructions and simple drawings
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing is an advantage
