About the Role

Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing company seeking an Assistant Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, process improvement initiatives, and production activities within a structured and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and assist in troubleshooting process and quality-related issues.
• Coordinate production schedules and support operational planning activities.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support equipment maintenance coordination and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor material usage and support inventory control activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, engineering support, process operations, or related environments.
• Candidates from electronics, semiconductor, precision engineering, chemical processing, or manufacturing industries are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn.
