Advise leaders on workforce planning, market trends, and effective hiring strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple channels and develop long-term talent pipelines
Design and implement onboarding, learning, and leadership development initiatives
Drive culture and retention through engagement programs, events, and surveys
Experienced HR Business Partner skilled in recruitment, talent development, and boosting employee engagement
Strong in HR compliance, systems, and productivity tools; excellent communicator
