Job Description

HRIS/Digital transformation

  • Oversee HRIS operations, system enhancements, reporting, and HR digitalization initiative
  • Lead the process transformation and digitalise our current traditional filing and processes.
  • From traditional standalone HR systems, to a complete odoo CRM system which automates workflow

Recruitment

  • Recruitment-Lead end-to-end hiring process from job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer management, to onboarding completion
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values, Singapore labour laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards
