  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data validation, salary calculations, and timely salary disbursement for all employees, while ensuring full compliance with Singapore employment regulations. This includes the accurate and timely submission of monthly CPF contributions, annual income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and handling tax clearance procedures.
  • Oversee government-related claims and submissions, including government-paid leave and NS make-up pay claims.
  • Prepare and submit MOM surveys, statistical reports, and other required regulatory filings to the relevant government authorities.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including the administration of bonus payouts and salary adjustments in accordance with company policies and employee performance.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of the annual manpower budget by developing templates, consolidating departmental headcount requirements, conducting cost simulations, and forecasting total manpower expenditure. Collaborate with the Finance Department to review the projections and present the finalised budget and planned FTEs to management for approval.
  • Obtain management approval for any changes to the approved manpower establishment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Over 4 years of experience in payroll processing preferably familiar with the EPE – SAGE Payroll and/or Million Payroll systems
  • Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, with strong overall IT literacy.
