Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Client Relationship Officers (CROs) in managing relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
• Assist with account opening, account maintenance, documentation review, and client onboarding processes.
• Support transaction processing and ensure timely execution of clients' instructions and service requests.
• Accept, verify, and execute client orders in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
• Monitor and adhere to internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to delivering a high level of client service and operational efficiency within the Private Banking team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, or a client servicing/support function within the financial services industry.
• Possession of CACS Papers 1 & 2 is mandatory.
• Familiarity with account opening, transaction processing, and client documentation within a banking environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Relationship Managers/CROs and internal stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of compliance, regulatory, and operational risk requirements.
