As a Personal Banker your primary focus will be:

• Serving retail clients and providing expert advice on the wide range of banking products offered by the bank.
• Proactively engaging clients through various touchpoints such as branch banking, tele-appointments, and outreach programs.
• Leveraging your sound financial knowledge to offer holistic financial advice and identify suitable banking solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Demonstrating a good understanding of banking regulations, ensuring strict adherence to rules and guidelines while conducting business.

skills and experience required

• Minimum local diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of financial sales experience would be advantageous.
