Sales Manager (Semicon)

Up to $9,000

Working locations: West

Working hours: 5 days work. 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Drive international business development and acquire new customers across target markets.

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships within semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, photovoltaic, R&D, and high-purity industries.

• Conduct regular client visits and represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry activities.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities to identify new business potential.

• Support and implement effective sales strategies and business growth initiatives.

• Improve internal sales processes together with the Business Development & Sales Director.

• Prepare proposals and manage end-to-end negotiations for projects up to €5 million.

• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

• Collaborate closely with management, project teams, and product development teams.

• Represent the company professionally to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

• Candidates with strong technical/commercial sales experience and industry networks are welcome.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in complex technical solutions or systems.

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, photovoltaic, R&D, or related industries is preferred

• Strong exposure to technical sales, customized solutions, and long project sales cycles.

• OEM industry network will be an added advantage

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills

• Results-driven, proactive, and motivated in acquiring new business opportunities

• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on and goal-oriented attitude

• Willing to travel internationally
