The company is a healthcare institution which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Senior WSH Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) implementation in compliance with MOM regulations, ISO 45001, and the Ensure Safety System (ESS).
  • Assist with safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate WSH and fire safety training, maintain statutory records, and manage safety documentation.
  • Support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain safety procedures, Safety DataSheets (SDS), and chemical safety records.
  • Provide administrative support to the WSH Committee.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness, occupational health programmes, and hazardous substances management.
  • Support regulatory compliance, audits, reviews, and M&E-related safety coordination across the organisation.
  • Assist in managing daily facility and support responses to facility issues to minimise service disruptions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
