Play a key role in managing procurement, logistics, inventory, supplier performance, and supply chain improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for an experienced supply chain professional who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence and cost optimization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage supply chain, logistics, purchasing, and inventory activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Understand customer requirements and demand forecasts and coordinate with business partners to maintain supply continuity.

• Monitor inventory levels and procurement activities to ensure stock availability.

• Oversee warehouse operations and material flow processes.

• Identify and implement improvements in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain processes.

• Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, qualification, performance evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier audits.

• Analyze supplier performance based on delivery reliability and quality metrics.

• Evaluate sourcing opportunities, including overseas suppliers, and identify cost-saving initiatives.

• Support purchasing activities for customer service teams.

• Participate in monthly operational output and material planning activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an industrial purchasing, supply chain, or procurement environment.

• Strong supplier management, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Overseas travel may be required for supplier visits and audits.

• Exposure to a manufacturing environment, including warehouse and cleanroom operations will be advantage.
