Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, and testing
• Build backend services using Golang/Java/Python (interface design, coding, unit testing)
• Optimize system performance, stability, and scalability
• Collaborate with the team to solve technical challenges
• Stay current with community trends and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience with Golang/Java/Python
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices
• Familiar with microservices architecture, RESTful API design, RPC, and message queues
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, and database design/optimization
• Comfortable with Linux command-line tools and system monitoring
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with distributed systems, high concurrency, or big data is a plus
• Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with regional team members.
