• Position Title: Behavior Therapist
• Working Location: Paya Lebar
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary $2,800 - $3,300 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized intervention plans using evidence-based therapies.
• Work with clients, families, and healthcare professionals for coordinated and effective care.
• Track client progress and update intervention plans to reach desired outcomes.
• Keep detailed and accurate records, including progress notes and treatment documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices in behavior therapy.

• Open to candidates without relevant experience; training will be provided.
• Must hold at least a Nitec in Special Education or Education of Psychology.
• Strong understanding of best practices in inclusive and special education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience with autistic children/preschoolers is preferred.
• Prior experience applying ABA principles is preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
