Job description

Our client is a well-established organization with a strong track record in the construction and engineering sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a BIM Manager, in hopes of enhancing project coordination and digital delivery standards. They are located in the (Central) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage BIM frameworks, including development of BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Conduct coordination sessions with stakeholders across project phases
• Review clash detection outputs and prepare coordination summaries
• Oversee model consolidation and ensure accuracy for project handover
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary models (Architectural, Structural, M&E) for integrated outputs
• Implement and administer Common Data Environment (CDE) for centralized data access
• Enforce model-based shop drawing extraction across all contractors
• Ensure consistency between model data and drawing documentation
• Develop Asset Information Model (AIM) templates aligned with lifecycle requirements
• Provide BIM-related input during tender preparation and submissions
• Participate in technical and coordination meetings as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM management within construction projects
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for 2D and 3D production
• Experience in BIM coordination, model integration, and tender support
• Experience in preparing BIM deliverables for asset and facility management stages
